MCO PROJECTS
RE: Cork University Hospital – New Positron Emission Tomography Scanning Centre
We have pleasure in confirming our satisfaction with Brian McCarthy Contractors’ work on the above project. In particular, your site management team were very efficient and maintained excellent communication with the design team and the users within a very congested and challenging site area.
This project was safely completed within the live hospital campus, immediately adjacent to the hospitals existing Emergency Department and Psychiatric facilities, due to the diligence of your management team in providing and regularly reviewing the detailed method statements required to complete the building works, access site areas and carry out services shutdowns to the live hospital.
We confirm the project was successfully completed in accordance with the tendered programme and within the original contract figure allowance.
We have no hesitation in recommending your team for future work within a hospital campus.
