This project consisted of the demolition of a single dwelling and the construction of a single block of 8 apartments.  Traditional construction methods were employed with deep strip foundations, suspended concrete ground floor, block and brick external walls, concrete upper floors, under a concrete tiled pitched roof. This building achieved  “ Code for Sustainable Homes" Level 4 certification.
