This project comprised of a private two storey residence including five en suite bedrooms, first floor balcony, 2 dining rooms, a family room, lounge, kitchen, utility, plant room, indoor swimming pool with changing rooms, Nordic Sauna System and accuse.
 

The building is constructed of blockwork, precast concrete floors and slate roof comprised of flamed and honed slate from Burlington Slate. The finishes to the external walls are plaster and Flamed Finish Broughton Moor stone cladding by Burlington. All internal joinery is oak including the beams over the swimming pool. Glass balustrades were fitted to the stairs and landings with oak clad cantilever treads to the stairs. 
 

In addition, there is a stables building which consists of a central courtyard and stables, kitchen, office, conference room, foaling area, machinery area and stores with a tension wire stairs and glass balustrade to the first floor.  External works included site services & car parking. The landscaping consists of traditional random rubble walls, gardens, ponds, benches, pergolas, glass house, sundeck and a barbeque area.
