This is an exclusive development of 33 no. three and four bedroom townhouses, semi detached and detached houses at Quin, Co. Clare designed by local architects Michael Leahy and Paul Conway. The houses are finished to a very high standard internally.
 

The external finishes include cut stone cappings, cills, feature panels and arches, natural slate and traditional render. The structures are timber framed, with solid masonry party walls, on raft foundations. The topography of the sites was such that over 17,000m³of rock had to be broken. This was crushed and processed on site to produce hardcore for the works.
