This entailed the reconstruction of a fire damaged factory on the existing building footprint and associated works. This industrial project was carried out for a leading producer of plumbing and heating valves. Office space, production areas and a research and development laboratory are incorporated. This was a fast track project completed in 32 weeks from start to finish.
