This project was completed for Limerick County Council in Rathkeale Co. Limerick. It consisted of the refurbishment of the existing building and construction of an extension to provide a Library, local area County Council Offices and car parking in Rathkeale Town. The building is constructed with blockwork walls, a concrete first floor, and metal clad roof. Ancillary single storey structures are provided as stores in the car parking area.
