This project involved construction of spectator stand including terraces, bars, restaurants, kitchen and tote facilities.  The project was phased with two separate completion dates, the first which involved the opening of the ground floor and terrace and the second entailing the complete facilities.  Both phases opened successfully providing a high quality facility to the client.
