This state of the art stand at Limerick Racecourse is a four storey building, incorporating bars, restaurants, corporate entertainment areas, tote facilities etc. This was a high profile tourism/leisure project which we were very proud to be associated with.

The outdoor terracing and upper floor balconies are sheltered by a dramatic cantilevered overhang on the main roof of the building. The structure consists of an insitu concrete frame with precast floors, on conventional foundations. The roof is formed with steel trusses and sheeting rails, covered, with a pvc membrane on corrugated deck. The entrance buildings, and the stables block were also included in our contract.
