The project consisted of the construction of a three story bedroom extension over a lower ground floor leisure facility, with a gross internal floor area of 3,840m², to match the external finishes of the existing hotel complex. The work comprised of the construction of 67 bedrooms complete with gym facilities, swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub, jacuzzi, changing rooms and storage areas together with the demolition, alterations, and modifications at the junction to the existing building.

The mechanical and electrical installations included the provision of air conditioning and ventilation to all new bedrooms, installation of two new lifts and a ducted air system to the leisure centre. Bar, restaurant, and business centre fit-outs were also completed which entailed extensive glazed partitions, high class joinery, and fire protection.
