This development, which was designed and constructed to the highest specification, is comprised of a state of the art stable yard with pavilion buildings and barns surrounding a rubber brick paved courtyard. Provision for 24 racehorses on a green field site combined the latest in equestrian technology with well-crafted classical architectural details. Features of this development included the use of Kilkenny limestone, traditional joinery and natural slate, together with rubber paving, flooring and wall coverings. A portal framed exercise ring with vertical cedar cladding and landscaped paddocks also formed part of this exclusive development. The project entailed 24 stables, 7 looseboxes, courtyard, 2 barns, 3 pavilion buildings, exercise ring, and ancillary siteworks. |
