The project consisted of a leisure centre, 10 lane bowling alley, 8 five-a-side pitches, a gym, treatment rooms, restaurant, cafe and associated facilities. The works generally consisted of the shell and core construction of the entertainment and leisure complex. External works consisted of reduced level excavation and imported stone filling, stone boundary wall and fencing, concrete and paved footpaths, carpark and associated landscaping together with all weather playing pitches.  This leisure project was carried out for a private developer in a commercial/residential area of Ballincollig, Co Cork and has a gross internal floor area of 4,050m².
