This project involves the refurbishment of St. Anne’s Children’s Ward at Mercy University Hospital, Cork. The works include the refurbishment of bedrooms, corridors, nurse’s station, toilets, treatment rooms, cleaner’s stores and trolley bays. The works consist of the replacement of sanitaryware, flooring and other related internal works. St. Anne’s Ward will remain operational during the contract and the works will be carried out on a phased basis. As the works are being carried out in a live hospital, strict procedures have been put in place to minimise the spread of noise and dust.
