Construction of a new 3 storey medical office block together with the modification, alteration and extension to the existing Hospice Care Centre and associated external ground works.

Milford Care Centre is a centre of excellence for Specialist Palliative Care and Older persons' Services serving the Mid West Region. 

The newly extended centre includes:

• An Expanded Daycare Services including 2 day care lounges
• A New Out-Patients Clinic including Lymphademia Assessment Unit
• A New 200 person Staff & Visitor Canteen and kitchen facilities
• A New Education Centre including 120 person seminar room
• A New Medical Centre
• An Improved Staff Offices and Changing Facilities
• A New Maintenance Facility and Stores
