The main works involved the construction of new two-storey offices and warehouse facilities within an 8 month duration from commencement on site to client taking possession. External features include a curved standing seam roof, planar glazed entrance and architectural cladding to Office and Warehouse elevations.
 

Internally, the works included the fit-out of office areas including stud partitions, cherry doors and fitted furniture, vinyl and carpets to floors, tiling and glass ballustrading to feature stairs, ground floor and first floor lobbies. We coordinated a full M&E package for both the offices and the manufacturing facilities in the warehouse. We worked closely with the client on his specific requirements and ensured that the transfer of his business was executed with minimal disruption and downtime.
