This is a 17 storey building incorporating 29 apartments and a 10 storey 93 bedroom 4 star hotel.  The interior fit-out of the Clarion Hotel was carried out Brian McCarthy Contractors Ltd. in conjunction with our contract for constructing the structure of this landmark building.  Having decorated and carpeted the bedrooms, we coordinated the installation and distribution of soft loose furniture, curtains etc, so that rooms were handed over practically ready for occupancy.

The bar, restaurant and reception areas were completely fitted out, including counters, back bar units, reception desk and all fitted furniture. The fit-out of the kitchen included 'Whiterock' wall and ceiling finishes, 'Altro' floor covering and all of the stainless steel goods. We also completed the fit-out of the leisure centre and swimming pool on the first floor.
