The project involved the construction of a three storey bedroom extension, over a lower ground floor leisure facility, that matches the existing hotel complex. The gross internal floor area is 3,840m². The work consisted of the construction of 67 bedrooms with gym facilities, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, hot tub, change rooms and storage areas together with demolition, alterations and modifications at junction with existing buildings.
 

Bar, restaurant and business centre fit-outs were also completed which entailed extensive joinery and glazed partition elements. The mechanical and electrical installation included air conditioning and ventilation, extensive ductwork and pipework, feature and background lighting, fire protection and data cabling.
