This project consisted of the construction and fit-out of a three storey office extension, of approximately 725m² at Quin Road, Ennis and the refurbishment of the existing offices.  Internally the three storey building has central light wells which funnel natural light to all floors from the roof glazing while the extensive use of internal glazed walls ensures that all offices have an abundance of natural light.  The offices are fitted out with ash joinery, individually controlled air-conditioning units, natural stone flooring, stainless steel and glass.
