This project was built for the University of Limerick and commenced on site in October 2006. Works included the construction of clubhouse with changing rooms, rowing tank room, offices, cafe area, and boathouse stores for rowing club, kayak club, sub-aqua club and mountain bike club, river access slipway and pontoon, associated siteworks. The structure of the stores is a steel-framed building on piled foundation. The clubhouse is concrete and steel framed on piled foundations with suspended flat slab concrete floors. The total floor area of this development is 1,920m².
