Watch House Cross is a mixed use development for a private client including supermarket, library, petrol station, retail units, office units and associated entrance roads and car parking with a total floor area of 5,650m². A further contract with Limerick City Council for the library fit-out included extending the mezzanine first floor area to provide additional space for a shop, 2 no. community rooms, and office accommodation. The main library area works consisted of installing a curved disabled access ramp and steps leading to an IT suite and exhibition rooms, erecting partitions and screens, installing an underfloor heating system, electrical works and decorations. As part of Limerick County Council's commitment to the local Community, there is also a children’s story room, children’s language room, music room and children’s craft room. |
