The development is located at the corner of Thomas Street and Catherine Street, Limerick city.  It consists of a new five storey building with full basement, totalling a floor area of 4,595m².  This is a mixed use development comprising retail units at ground and basement level, office and retail at first floor level, offices at 2nd to 4th floor level and apartments at 5th floor.  The basement is a reinforced concrete structure while the upper floors are constructed of a structural steel frame with metal deck concrete floors.  The external facade is a blend of natural stone, glazing and face brick.
