This project was completed for a private client within the Commercial Sector.  It entailed the construction of two no. buildings and associated site works.  The first building consisted of three stories over a basement incorporating 4 no. retail units, a restaurant, and 5 no. apartments. The second building provided for a local medical centre.  The total area of this development is 1,608m².
