This project entailed the construction of a three storey office extension of approximately 725m² at Quin Road, Ennis and the refurbishment of the existing offices to provide a total area of 1,200m² for the Head Office of Brian McCarthy Contractors Ltd. The building consists of structural steel roof trusses on a concrete frame on strip foundations. The external envelope consists of a trocal roof membrane incorporating some roof glazing while the external walls are a mixture of curtain walling and "storend".  Internally the building has central light wells through all floors while the extensive use of internal glazed walls ensures that all offices have natural light. The offices are fitted out with high class ash joinery, natural stone flooring, stainless steel and glass.
