The construction and fit-out of a retail store development with a gross floor area in the region of 7,000m² with 285 surface car parking spaces. The structure comprises of piled foundations with suspended ground floor slab, steel frame with insitu concrete upper floors on metal decking. External walls comprise of glazing and architectural cladding, with paralon membrane finish on insulated decking to roof level, along with an area of concrete roofing to accommodate the roof plant areas.
