The works consisted of alterations to the ground floor retail department including upgrade of retail area, installation of new deli equipment and coldrooms, and refurbishment of existing retail area to include floor finishes, decorations of walls and columns.
 

The refurbishment also consisted of the upgrading of all shelving and checkout area and installation of new chill fridges and freezer cabinets including installation of e-vac drainage system. External works included relaying of concrete yard and tarmacadam replacement. The refurbishment on the first floor included redecoration of offices, canteen area and restaurant.
 

The development is situated within the existing Clondalkin Shopping Centre in Dublin. This project was completed in December 2008.
