The works consisted of alterations to the ground floor retail department including extension of retail area, construction of new deli area and coldrooms and refurbishment of existing retail area to include floor finishes, decorations of walls and ceilings.
 

The refurbishment also consisted of the relocation of all shelving, refridgeration units, and checkout area. The refurbishment on the first floor included upgrading the existing male and female toilets on a phased basis and the refurbishment of offices, canteen area and Timepiece restaurant.
 

The development is situated within the existing Blanchardstown Shopping Centre in Dublin. This project was completed in December 2008.
