This project involved the construction of a two storey steel framed office building on piled foundations including car park, access road and landscaped areas adjacent to the existing Harbour. This building provides office space for 26 staff and exhibits a maintenance free exterior façade due to the emphasis put on sustainability through use of materials and services.
