This project comprised of the fit-out of the basement, ground, mezzanine, first and second floors with minor demolitions and alterations of a shell and core office building situated in Galway City Centre. The scope of works included raised access flooring, suspended ceilings, bulkheads, various partition systems including acoustic partitions, glazed screens, and a specialised walnut reception area partition. The project scope also included a significant mechanical and electrical installation. The ground floor area is approximately 5,400m² and the project duration was 9 months. The completed project provides office accommodation for the Revenue Commissioners. |
