This project consisted of the construction of a single story 900m² branch library and ancillary accommodation.  The main elements incorporated a piled foundation with a mixture of blockwork, concrete, structural steel, and glulam timber beams.  The main external envelope consisted of rendered blockwork, curtain walling, stone cladding and a Kingspan insulated metal roof.  A full fit-out, including mechanical and electrical installation, partitioning, ceilings, tiling, carpet laying and decorations, was carried out in the building.  Site works consisted of the construction of approximately 200m of roadway, the provision of car parking and hard and soft landscaping.
